B2B ecommerce + ERP
Your online ordering and your ERP, finally one system.
Most food distributors pay for an ERP and a separate ordering app, then spend every week keeping the two in sync. Food Line AI runs both from one live record, so an order placed online is already an order in the ERP.
What Food Line AI is
Food Line AI is a B2B ecommerce and ERP platform for independent food and beverage distributors. Your restaurant, institutional and retail customers order from your branded online store, and the same system runs purchasing, inventory and lots, warehouse picking, routes, invoicing and receivables.
What changes when ordering and the ERP are the same system.
An ordering app that connects to your ERP still leaves you with two vendors, two copies of your prices and stock, and an integration in between. Here is what changes when it is one system.
- Software you pay for: One platform. The online store is part of it, not an add-on product.
- How an online order reaches the warehouse: It is created in the ERP the moment the customer places it, ready to pick.
- Prices and order guides: One price level, one contract price and one order guide per account.
- Stock and delivery cutoffs: Checked live against lots on hand and the next route before the order is accepted.
- Credit and terms: Account terms and exposure are checked in context, before the order becomes a promise.
- When something goes wrong: One vendor and one record from the order to the invoice.
Everything your customers order through, and everything your team runs.
- A branded online store on your own domain
- Order guides built for each account
- Customer price levels, contract pricing, specials and quantity breaks
- Live availability and delivery cutoffs on every item
- Storefronts tailored to restaurants, healthcare, retail and commissaries
- Order Agent turns orders from email, text and call notes into clean sales orders
- Purchasing, receiving and vendor discrepancies

- Warehouse picking, route planning and proof of delivery
- Invoicing, credits, collections and accounts receivable
- QuickBooks handoff as balanced batches
No import. No re-keying. No sync to babysit.
Built for independent broadline, produce, protein, specialty and beverage distributors doing roughly five million to five hundred million dollars a year.
- Your customer orders. They open their own order guide, with their price and the next delivery window already applied.
- The ERP checks it live. Stock, lots, credit, cutoff and margin are checked against the same record before the order is accepted.
- The warehouse executes. The order becomes a normal pick, route load, invoice and proof of delivery. Nothing is imported.
- Autopilot learns. The next order guide, reorder and targeted offer improve from what actually shipped.
Frequently asked questions
Do I still need a separate ecommerce or ordering platform?
No. B2B ecommerce is part of Food Line AI. Your customers order from a storefront that runs on the same record as purchasing, inventory, the warehouse and invoicing, so there is no second platform to pay for or integrate.
Can customers still order by email, text or phone?
Yes. The online store is one way orders arrive. Order Agent reads orders from email, text messages and call notes, matches the customer and items, applies their pricing and presents a clean sales order for approval.
Can the store carry our own brand and domain?
Yes. The white-label option runs the storefront on your domain with your logo and your customer price levels, all tied directly to the ERP.
Does Food Line AI replace our ERP?
Yes. Food Line AI is the ERP: purchasing, inventory, warehouse, delivery, sales, customers, finance and reporting. It does not replace your accounting system. QuickBooks stays the book of record and receives approved activity as balanced batches.
How long does it take to go live?
Data migration and cutover take 3 to 4 business days on clean data. Guided implementation runs 35 or 75 days depending on scope.
What does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to your revenue band, the modules you switch on and how much history we migrate. Answer four questions on the pricing page and we will come back with a real number.
