Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses of the platform

You may not use the Food Line AI platform to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, transmit malware or other harmful code, interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' access, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

2. Prohibited uses of the Copilot and Routines

You may not attempt to bypass the approval gate that requires human authorization before any action that moves money or stock. You may not use prompt injection or other techniques to manipulate the AI system into performing unauthorized actions. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense metered AI capacity provided through the platform.

3. Security and integrity

You may not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform through automated means without our written consent. You may not conduct load testing, stress testing, or penetration testing without prior written authorization. You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform except through our sanctioned disclosure process (see Vulnerability Disclosure when available). You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

4. Consequences and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we reasonably believe you have violated this policy. Where possible, we will provide notice before suspension, but we reserve the right to act immediately if the violation poses a security risk or threatens the integrity of the platform or other users' data.

5. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to security@foodlineai.com.
