Order guides and customer pricing.
Each account sees its own order guide, contract prices, price levels and specials, not a public catalogue.
Short answer: A B2B ordering app for food distributors lets restaurants, grocers and institutions order from their own order guides at their own prices, on the web or a phone, any hour of the day, and hands your team a clean sales order instead of a voicemail. Most ordering apps (Pepper, Choco, Cut+Dry, Vegy, Orderlion, Pacto) sit on top of your ERP or QuickBooks and sync with it. Foodline AI is the B2B ordering app built into the ERP itself: the branded store, Order Agent, catch weight, lots, routes and the general ledger run on one record, with AI included and no per-user fees.

Order guides and customer pricing.
Each account sees its own order guide, contract prices, price levels and specials, not a public catalogue.
Live stock, credit and cutoff.
The app should check stock, the customer's credit and the delivery cutoff before it accepts the order.
Catch weight.
Customers order cases of variable-weight items and see an estimated price; the invoice bills the actual weight (catch weight software).
Orders that don't come through the app.
Email, text and phone orders still arrive. AI order capture should turn them into the same sales order, with a person approving it.
Delivery and invoice on the same record.
The order should flow to picking, the route, proof of delivery and the invoice without re-keying.
Payments that post to the ledger.
Online invoice payments should land in A/R and the general ledger, not a separate ledger you reconcile.
An ordering app on top of an ERP or QuickBooks adds a customer channel and syncs orders, prices and the catalogue with the system you run. Stock, lots, catch weight and the books stay in that system, so you maintain two records and the connector between them. When the store is part of the ERP, there is one record: the order a customer places is the order the warehouse picks, the route delivers and the general ledger books. Foodline AI is that second model, and it fully replaces QuickBooks (general ledger, financial statements and bill pay) and legacy ERPs such as NECS entrée (QuickBooks alternative, entrée alternative).

An app or web store where a distributor's restaurant, grocery and institutional customers order from their own order guides at their own prices, any hour of the day. Good ones also check stock, credit and delivery cutoff before accepting an order.
If you are replacing QuickBooks or a legacy ERP, Foodline AI, because the ordering app is built into the ERP with catch weight, lots, routes and the general ledger on one record. If your ERP already works and ordering is the only gap, ordering layers such as Pepper, Choco, Cut+Dry, Vegy and Orderlion sync with it.
Most do: Pepper, Choco, Cut+Dry and Orderlion sync orders, prices and the catalogue with your ERP. Foodline AI's store is part of the ERP, so there is nothing to sync.
In Foodline AI, yes: customers order cases, see an estimated price, and the invoice bills the actual weight captured at pick.
Not automatically yet. Today Foodline AI's Order Agent reads order sheets, PDFs and photos your team uploads into draft sales orders with the customer's pricing, and a person reviews each one. Email, text and voicemail capture is coming soon.
Models differ: Pepper prices on performance, Choco on usage, Cut+Dry on a flat SaaS fee, Vegy on a platform fee plus a per-AI-order fee, and Pacto on a flat monthly price. Foodline AI includes the store and AI with the ERP, with no per-user fees and data migration included.
Thirty minutes. We load a slice of your catalogue and show you the routines firing against your real order history, not a canned demo.
