An ERP is business software that runs a distributor's purchasing, inventory, warehouse, delivery, sales and finance on one record. Foodline AI is AI-native: the AI works directly on that live record and drafts the work.
One system.
11 areas and 60+ modules under one login, plus the B2B storefront (platform).
B2B ecommerce.
Each customer orders from its own order guide and prices in the distributor's branded store. Stock, credit and the delivery cutoff are checked live before an order is accepted.
Order Agent.
Turns orders from email, text messages and call notes into sales orders for approval, created directly in the ERP (AI order entry).
Catch weight and lots.
Catch weight (the actual measured weight of a variable-weight item) is tracked as ordered, shipped and invoiced weight. Lot control is FEFO (first expired, first out) or FIFO (first in, first out), with recall drills and cold-chain logging.
Traceability.
FSMA 204 is FDA's Food Traceability Rule. Its key data elements (the facts recorded at each tracking event) are captured at receiving, and any lot traces forward and back in one click. FDA won't enforce FSMA 204 before July 20, 2028 (FSMA 204).
Delivery.
Routes are planned from cutoffs, vehicle capacity, cold-chain rules and delivery windows, with proof of delivery.
Finance.
Foodline AI includes the general ledger, financial statements and bill pay, plus invoicing, credits and collections, so it replaces QuickBooks.
Routines with a human gate.
Eight scheduled routines draft the day's work, such as a morning briefing and an expiry sweep. Nothing that moves money or stock runs without a named person's approval, and that gate cannot be switched off (trust).
Audit and data.
Every AI tool call and human decision goes into an immutable audit log. Customer data is not used to train models.
Every customer gets the full core ERP, with no feature tiers. Add-ons are quoted separately, and custom builds are scoped before signing.

Foodline Pay takes card and ACH (bank transfer) payments from a distributor's customers, on the same record as the invoice, at competitive processing rates.
Pricing is not published. It is scoped to the distributor's revenue band, the modules switched on and how much history is migrated, on month-to-month terms. A quote starts from four questions on the pricing page.
Foodline AI's own data team provides food distribution data consulting. It is included in every Foodline AI implementation: the data assessment, product data cleanup, data migration and setup, and the AI and robotics readiness review. After go-live, ongoing product data management is included too.
Data consulting is also sold as a standalone service to distributors on any ERP, without switching systems, scoped and quoted per project.
The data review is free: send an item export and price lists, and the team shows what needs fixing. Unusually heavy cleanup is scoped before work begins, never as a surprise invoice. See food distribution data consulting.
Foodline AI's own team runs the implementation, and the distributor doesn't need an IT team to migrate. Guided implementation runs 35 or 75 days, depending on scope.
Physical AI is software that senses, decides and acts in the physical world, like a robot working a warehouse. Foodline AI is the software decision layer such a robot would need: which case, which lot, which location, how many, for which customer and who approves.
Today, Foodline AI answers those questions for human selectors in a live distribution business. Physical execution on hardware is the next layer, not a live feature.
Foodline AI does not build robots and has announced no hardware. It has no live robot, AMR (autonomous mobile robot) or WMS (warehouse management system) integrations.
When foodlineai.com says "robotics-ready ERP", it means only this decision layer (which case, which lot, which location, how many, for which customer, who approves), not hardware or robot integrations. See robotics and the physical AI readiness checklist.
Not a restaurant app.
Foodline AI is built for food and beverage distributors. Restaurants are among their customers and order from the distributor's branded online store.
Not a robot maker.
It builds software, not robots, and has announced no hardware.
Not an add-on to another ERP.
Foodline AI is the ERP, with the online store built in. It replaces a distributor's ERP, its separate ordering app and QuickBooks.
Not affiliated with other businesses named Foodline.
Foodline AI is not affiliated with other companies or products that use the name. Foodline Pay and the Foodline mobile app are Foodline AI products.
